Cillia Marion
Founder
She is the Creative Director and heart of the company. Her pronouns are she/her. You will see her often as you prepare for your best day ever. She is a mother to five children(see the cuteness to the left,) a wife, an Army veteran, and a hopeless romantic. Her design inventory does not have round wood slices or burlap (don’t tell the other Texans.) Her personal style is earthy, romantic, and free. You will see this reflected in the brand and her personality as she works to bring your day to life. She loves travel, art, gemstones, seafood, and ice cream. She will probably cry at your wedding.
She designs and plans every event, creates all stationery, and works personally with all couples no matter what market they are in! She does all of the planning plus pretty and has the major vision for all events. She will be on most consults for her design and wedding knowledge while Sarah explains the technical stuff.
Isaiah Marion
Graphic Designer
Isaiah, (he/him) serves as the graphic designer for the company. He makes sure that the spirit of the business comes through in everything you see and touch related to the brand. He dislikes photos of himself but could spend significant amounts of time watching family videos. He is currently serving the Army as an Intelligence Analyst with CACI and enjoys reading, anime, and adventuring in his (scarce) free time.
Sarah Dickinson
Director of Sales
A Pittsburgh native, Sarah (she/her) is the company bookworm. You will meet her on your video consultation where she will get into the nitty gritty of packages, logistics, and all things business with you. She now lives in Alabama with her wonderful husband and their furbabies. They enjoy HGTV, being social, nature, and coffee. Lots of coffee.
Sarah conducts all consultations and does the boring stuff like line items and contracts but she makes it engaging!
Maegan Richards
Lead Designer - Houston Market
Maegan (she/her) is the team lead for our Houston area clients. She’s a certified floral designer, so when it comes to planning and floral, she leads the design! With that, she brings so many cool ideas, new tricks, and knowledge to our team - a true gem. You’ll find her surrounded by buckets of flowers and taking BTS shots of our creative process. On top of being our Houston floral connoisseur, she also has a 5 and 18 year old to keep her busy!
She works behind the scenes creating recipes, ordering flowers, and assigning crew members to events. You see her on event days during set up taking care of all the fine details and at strike making sure everything is wrapped up tight!
Rama Neti
Lead Designer - Austin Market
Rama (she/her) will be the team lead for our Hill Country area clients. She is soft-spoken, cool under pressure, and has a natural eye for design. She’s from an Indian family who works with herbs from their garden for different Indian cuisines, rituals, and traditions - how cool is that?
If she’s not out and about shopping for our amazing Austin clients, she’s thoughtfully leading the team for our floral events.

Leanne Smithers
Lead Coordinator - Austin Market
Leanne (she/her) is a natural born leader with a knack for details. She has worked events of all kind from corporate to birthdays and weddings for years.
As Austin's Lead Coordinator you will see Leanne directing vendors, unloading boxes, and putting out fires all while organizing our team of lovebirds. She loves nature, her cat, and and chill nights in our Texas Capital❤️
Rhiannon Womack
VA Extraordinaire
Social genius (she/her), making our online presence look perfect, handling the details that Cillia cannot make it to between the business and 5 kids. Basic badass shit.
