Please respond on the form on our homepage by 15 March 2023. This event is on a Monday so chances are, you should know relatively quickly if you cannot make it. We keep our circle small and we plan to do the same with this event! If you have been invited, it is because we love you, not because we are demanding your attendance. No hard feelings, just do us a solid and respond ASAP to help us understand our numbers better.

kids

Children are welcome and will have their own area with a hired sitter to do fun stuff or watch movies while we party. Please let us know if you plan to bring children, how many, and their ages. If you are uncomfortable having someone watch your kids during the event please leave your littles at home with a trusted sitter. We have five kids and we get it. But there will be exposed gears, bulbs, alcohol, smoke, loud music, etc. Have a date night on us or let your babies play with their friends in the next room.

travel

The nearest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). It is 10 to 15 minutes from the venue and has plenty of transportation/shuttle options. You may choose anywhere you like to stay and there are many hotels and Airbnbs in the area. Simply search the Downtown and Barton Creek areas of Austin, TX.
