Every couple wants their wedding day to be special and memorable, but Taty and Jerry's Austin wedding at The Arlo was a dream come true. Taty wanted to be a modern-day princess, and Jerry treated her like a queen every day leading up to their big day. Wedding planning was no different, with all decisions made to stay true to Taty's vision and bring their elegant, regal vibe to life.

Tucked between downtown Austin and Dripping Springs, the Arlo is a luxurious venue that is full of light and open spaces, the perfect destination for this chic celebration of love. The design choices and style for their wedding were not typical for our brand, but that was intentional. It matched Taty's aesthetic and helped the couple shine on their special day. They are a striking couple who practically glow when they're together, and we wanted to capture that magic in every aspect of their wedding.

The details were kept to a minimum, but everything was chosen to create a specific vibe and vision of modern-day black royalty surrounded by love on their best day. From the plated dinner to the late-night pizza from the couple's favorite date spot, the full dessert display, and a separate room dedicated to a fun photo booth, every element was carefully considered to elevate the experience.

The venue itself was stunning, with high ceilings, outdoor fireplaces, and a grand staircase that added to the regal atmosphere. And to keep the celebration going, they had the best black female DJ in Austin, providing the perfect soundtrack for the evening.

Taty and Jerry's wedding was a contemporary fairytale, and we were honored to be a part of it. It's a reminder that when a couple stays true to their vision and adds a touch of magic, their wedding day can truly be a dream come true.
